He has received permission from Nintendo to use footage and assets from his game, and it appears the video production team that assisted on Super Smash Bros. videos is also working on this series. I love Sakurai, unapologetically. He can go into detail about seemingly mundane game design elements such as hit stun, and explain them in a way that almost everyone can understand. If you like minor details in games, you must subscribe to this.
