Google Talk released an update this week that allows for chat themes and avatars (buddy icons) along with some needed changes to the interface.

Google Current is a show featured on Current TV. One of this past weeks shows was a tribute to Gary Brolsma, also known as the “Numa Numa” guy.

Apple released Boot Camp Beta, a tool that allows (and simplifies) the installation of Windows XP to any Intel Mac. It’s a new game now. Apple’s stock rose 8% that day.

And some Nintendo inspired kids are arrested for putting up Mario blocks in their town, because witnesses were worried that they were bombs.
