More Fan Art, and a Special Letter

My offices recieved a very special letter today for a special little boy. You’re in our hearts Graham.

Dear Mr. Cherup and the creators of the Chopper Dave series:

My name is Pamela George, and I am a widowed mother. My eight-year-old son, Graham David George, is named for his father, who died in a helicopter crash reporting on the news in Iraq. Graham Jr. has only recently begun to deal with the tragic loss of his father, and your series has been most instrumental in his progress. Graham Jr. now accepts that his father is “battling time”, and believes that his soul is still out there, fighting for the good in the world. Chopper Dave is a hero, in mine AND in my young son’s eyes. Graham Jr. wanted to draw some fan art like you have displayed on your website, but he was born without a right arm and has a palsy in the left. Perhaps you could do a segment about how Chopper Dave triumphs over a physical handicap. Just a suggestion.

Thank you for giving a young, American child something to believe in.

Sincerely,

Pamela George

Jimmy Lubie sent this one in. It appears the Time Bandit has stolen some dreams. It’s probably the land of two and three quarter dreams now.
